We recently had work done by Wael Thabet of Ruma Plumbing Service, LLC. While his workmanship replacing a toilet in our home was satisfactory, we have concerns about pricing and transparency. Following surgery that prevents me from going upstairs, we needed a new toilet on the main level. Wael quoted $870, including $72 for a valve replacement, or $325 if we provided the toilet plus $168 for the valve. We assumed he?d replace our high-quality Kohler toilet with something comparable. Instead, he installed a basic model with a plastic seat. We researched comparable Kohler models online and found even high-end options cost much less. After completing the work, he quoted $4,350 to replace five more toilets with the same basic model. We declined further services due to inflated pricing. I?m sharing this because many people rely on reviews, and it?s important to share not only glowing experiences but also the less positive ones.

They called within 5 minutes of requesting a quote on Angi. A representative was here within one hour. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue in possibly less time. They have become our go to plumbers.

He listened to the issues that I was experiencing and then evaluated what was going on. He explained what was wrong and gave me three options. Replaced the 30 year old sump pump that day. He answered all my ignorant questions and was very professional and educated me.
