Yazmin came to do a move out clean of my mother's apartment and was fabulous. Prompt responding to communication, friendly and most importantly did a fantastic job. Excellent service and would hire again for my own house.

Upon really looking at the cleaning they did it was lazy. The floor corners and transition piece between linoleum and carpet had dirt. They made scratches in the sink basin and shower edge that were not there before and are permanent by using a pumice stone to clean soap residue. Shower glass was left dirty along edge on the outside. Shower floor edge was left dirty. Later, I cleaned up both areas using soap scum remover. Pumice damage is permanent. Cannot recommend for cleaning.

Yazmin was a very kind and knowledgeable young lady. She always brought a partner to help her, and they were timely. The problem is that there was often large missed areas or what we asked for was not done (baseboards, windows etc). I also didn't like that they didn't use an actual mop with cleaner-it was more of a damp swifter. I have dogs so that doesn't cut it for our all tile flooring. The last week she was scheduled she called and said her helper was sick, and then she disappeared and never called/came back. If she didn?t want to do the job anymore, or wanted more money, she should have been professional enough to say so. At the time I would have paid more, but because she did that I wouldn't recommend her to anyone because they aren't reliable. Just my honest review-

I highly recommend this company not only did they clean over and beyond my expectations But they were also pleasant and friendly as well
