I can?t say enough good things about Rozier Pest Control and the incredible service they?ve provided for my home here in South Hill, Virginia. About a decade ago, I was in an emergency situation and they came to the rescue with an encapsulation job that truly saved my house from potential water damage. The level of detail and the quality of their work were impeccable. Fast forward to today, nearly ten years later, the encapsulation still stands strong! I recently got under the house to shut off the water for some shower renovations, and everything remains perfectly clean and well-maintained. The dehumidifier is still running smoothly, which is a testament to the quality of their work. Michael Wallace, the owner-operator, made the experience even better. He was fantastic to work with.. I hired Rozier for basement waterproofing after another company had already done work down there. From the start, their crew was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. What really stood out ? they spotted errors the previous company had made and brought them to my attention right away. That kind of honesty says everything about their character. The finished work looks great and I have full confidence in it. This is a family-owned business that genuinely cares about doing the job right, and their employees reflect that same standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. As a bonus ? I also use Rozier for annual mosquito control, and I'm equally satisfied with that service. Top-notch company all around.

The service that the folks at Rozier provide is wonderful. I've seen Keyon and Evan; both are professional and friendly. I had questions regarding my dogs and plants and they were knowledgeable about their products. Not to mention, the treatments work (no more spiders!!!) AND all at a fair price.

I have been a customer for several years and highly recommend them for pest control and floor repair. Michael, Hunter, Cooper and the other co-workers were very professional and mannered, knowledgeable and explain everything where I could understand.
