Charged a lot for fixing the roof vent. Leak started gain after 7 months. When called to come and take a look, was told he's too busy and will call back but never did. Had to have it repaired by another professional who also pointed out how bad the quality of work was.

I was happy with the prompt attention to the problem of a leak around the pipe on the roof. Water was coming in thru a light fixture in the hallway upstairs. I was unable to be there and Erick answered my call and kept me informed all the way. Flashing and wood underneath had to be replaced. The cost was more then I planned on but I have a 15 year warranty. Erick was very pleasant prompt and knowledgeable.

What was originally intended to be a repair became a replacement when the true condition of the original steps was revealed. Royal Pro Construction immediately provided an attractive quotation for the additional work and they were able to complete the entire replacement only one day after the original repair project was to be completed. We are very pleased with the entire experience. Highly recommended.
