Yes they are great
Jul 1, 2025, I paid the invoice of $2463. During July repeatedly been sending messages: when are they going to order a liner? Brett M's answer was: We're on schedule. No dates given, declined to say whether he's ordered the liner. 07/25/2025 email sent to [email protected]: Brett, you were supposed to order the lining and install it. It is now August 7. Nothing has been done. You have even consistently refused to give any time frames. So, you have violated our agreement. Please return the deposit. 08/8/2025 I get a message: Liner has been ordered. So we can deliver the to you, and you will just need to pay the remaining balance for the liner. 08/1/2025 I answered: When you ordered the liner? And in the next message: Why are you refusing to provide the date of the order or the Invoice number? 08/1/2025 Brett M's answer was: If you don't want it, no problem. I'll dispose of it. You will be responsible for the cost.
Brett was very professional, he returned my call immediately and set an appointment, he and his team did a fantastic job of cleaning and opening my pool for the season. I will definitely be calling him throughout the season to maintain my pool and at the end of season to close it. So if you need a professional Pool service guy, call Brett, you will not be disappointed!

Consumers beware! Against my better judgement, they require a two year contract with a TERRIBLE early termination penalty during the first six months. I used them for less than 60 days and incurred nearly $5,000 in charges. One was for $1,800, nine hours of investigative work at $200 per hour. After investigating, I was told it would be another $4,000 - $6,000 to fix. The termination penalty cost another $844. One of his workers had a hard time backing out of the drive way and so we said it would be best to park on the street. I was told that there would be an extra charge for that. Stop the insanity....The owner is abrasive, combative and rude. Consumers beware, never again.
Firstly, the claim made regarding the charges is incorrect and appears to be an inflated misrepresentation. As per our agreement, homeowners are responsible for paying the adjusted amount if cancellation occurs within six months. To clarify the situation: -Your pool, which is over 25 years old, had a leak that several other companies and the original builder could not locate. Our team of four professionals, at a rate of $200 per hour, successfully identified the issue within nine hours, which you were promptly notified of. -The $4,000?$6,000 estimate was for a semi-major repair of your severely neglected pool. Despite the discovery, these repairs were never carried out, and thus, you were not charged for them. -The final bill of $844 covered one week of service cleanings, documented chemical usage, and the adjusted cancellation fee, which includes the last four weeks of service as per the 30-day termination notice. -Throughout our service period, you consistently praised our work, and there were no complaints until a recent incident involving one of our technicians. After this, it was suggested that our team park on the street, which is nearly 100 yards up a steep driveway. As you may understand, this would significantly increase the time required for service due to the necessary trips to the vehicle. We mentioned that either an adjustment in time could be made, or you could seek another service provider if this was unsatisfactory. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to all our clients, and we take pride in maintaining positive relationships, as reflected in our strong reviews across social media.
We are delighted with Aquabella. I called, left a message and heard back immediately. Our above-ground pool was full and needed to be drained and cleaned, including having some debris removed. Then it could be determined if we needed a new liner, which we didn't, and so it could be filled and treated. I sent photos to Brett showing the awful condition our pool was in, and Aquabella came the very next day. Their crew continued each day until the work was done. Now our pool looks amazing! Special to us is the fact that our grandchildren from Connecticut could swim before going back home. And, the cost was VERY reasonable!!
I put many requests to many pool service companies, but AQUABELLA is the only one that contact me. Brett reached out and asked for a picture of how the pool look. My pool looks terrible because the pool people that opened my pool dumped all the fall leaves into the pool along with chunky debris making it hard to get rid of the algae. I tried to get rid of the algae myself by wasting hundreds of dollars buying chemicals but it is not solving the root problem. Based on the picture, Brett estimated it would take at least 6 visits. After agreeing to their service, Brett and his team show up the very next day and start working on the pool. They vacuum all those leaves and chunky debris from the bottom of the pool out and scrub the algae stain on the pool liner. Communication was great as they will text me when they are on their way and when they are completed along with a list of what kind of service/maintenance they completed. They will email me the invoice the day the service is completed making it easier to pay online. It only took 4 visits and they turned the mucky swamp green color pool into a clear blue water pool. Since the pool is turning great after only 4 visits, I texted him that I wonâ t need any more service visits and he is fine with it. They are truly amazing at what they do at a reasonable price. If you need pool service or maintenance, give AQUABELLA Luxury Pools at call.
They did an Excellent job! My pool had alot of debris and was very green. Their work was professional and quick. This is an amazing company, would 100% recommend!
