Luis was an accommodating professional. Did a fantastic job on fixing hardwood floor board spaces before sanding and finishing the dining room hardwood floor with NO DUST and NO MISSED EDGES, like previous sanding jobs I have had. I will only use ROYAL FLOOR SANDING when my other floors need repair and refinishing.

I was very impressed with Luis n crew. They do beautiful work. Professional , on time , cleaned up. I decided to replace stairs instead of refinishing. Since Luis wasnât doing that portion of job he agreed to come back to sand,stain and poly them for us once installed. I love how floors came out what a difference! Best price ! Definitely recommend. 1st experience with home advisor ... will use again :)

Luis and his partner were very professional. They explained everything they were going to do, showed me the stain colors they had and made sure I was satisfied before they continued......any mess that was made they cleaned up. They put plastic over the doorways into the living room and it kept the smell to a minimum. My floor came out beautiful! I would highly recommend them, and would use them again myself if I have need to in the future. Thank you, Home Advisor for putting me in touch with them!

Luis and his associate were top notch . Very pleasant fair and extremely hard working. I highly recommend them should you require any wood floor work done. My floors look better then when they were put in new. I will go out of my way to recommend them to all. It's not often you meet people who follow through completely and exceed your expectations.

I went away on vacation and trusted Luis with my house keys. I came back to gorgeous, brand new unblemished beautiful wood floors. They were a mess and most likely untouched since 1968. They are now flawless. His price was unbeatable and he was patient with me as I took 45 minutes to decide which of the 4 stains I liked best. Hire this company- you won't regret it!
