James suggested several options but suggested the inexpensive crack filler and sealer first. I had other companies give me estimates and he was by far the cheapest for the same exact work. "Joe was extremely helpful from our first conversation on the telephone before I even hired him. He gave me pertinent information to present to my previous service contract company. When I was no longer satisfied with them I called Joe and asked him to come in for an evaluation. He spent almost three hours here checking everything in detail before he said we had no choice but to replace our natural gas boiler for safety reasons...are CO was out of the roof. He ordered our boiler which was delivered the next day and they were here the day after that. The installation went without a hitch. They replaced every single part going to the new boiler plus reconfigured the plumbing. Once the installation was done he checked and rechecked everything and ran another combustion test which was perfect.
