I hired Royal Contractors to remove my old concrete patio and replace it with new concrete due to the old patio had a lot of cracks and concrete displacement. Joel Mangold worked hard to solve some of the unique issues we had to overcome in order to design the patio to my specifications. Damien the Project Supervisor and Joel made a special meeting so we could work out the issues and devise a plan moving forward. When the day came to begin my project, I had additional questions for Damien, and he went above and beyond to explain to me what the process was and answered all of my questions. Damien was extremely polite and very customer service focused to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Damien and his crew did a fabulous job with creating the patio I used to dream about having! Defintely would use this company again for any future concrete plans.

I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had hiring a contractor. They came on time to meet for estimate as well as to do the work. They were friendly and went the extra mile to help me and without charging me more. Job was done quickly and professionally. Great efficiency and communication

I was super impressed with the level of professionalism and quality work of Damian and his team. I have had various contractors not show up for scheduled estimates but he was on time for all appointments we set and even did the work a few weeks ahead of schedule. The company was not only fast, they reviewed the work and layout a few times to make sure I was comfortable with the plan before they started clearing the land to lay the concrete patio and walkways. He explained what they were doing and how they came up with the plan and I felt informed throughout the process. They prepped the day before and completed the work the following morning. It was a patio off our deck with an attached walkway that went across the front of my house, and a walkway on the opposite side of the house that went around the air conditioner and it was done super fast and looks great! I would highly recommend this company for any concrete needs and will definitely use them again.
