John offered a great price and was able to come out on short notice, which was much appreciated. They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up thoroughly after the installation. I would have liked better communication about removing the moldings before installation, as there is now a gap we need to fill with corking. In some areas, the gap is almost an inch, and it would have been ideal to hide the end cuts under the moldings. However, overall, I'm satisfied with the work and would recommend John, especially for someone looking for a good price and fast turnaround.

We were very happy with our experience with Royal Carpet. John scoped out the job (ripping up carpet and installing luxury vinyl flooring in our den), gave a very reasonable estimate, and stuck to it. John and Mike did a fantastic job installing the flooring and moldings. They were very professional, efficient, and careful when moving our heavy furniture around. We would highly recommend Royal Carpet and will absolutely use them again for future projects.
