A piece of metal siding blew off of my house during a wind storm, and I needed someone to come out and fix it as quickly as possible. Royal1 sent out an estimator who quoted an accurate price and we scheduled the work for the following week. The arrival time of the technician got a bit delayed, however they were able to complete the work for the quoted price. I imagine I could have found a local handyman to complete this task in a slightly more cost effective way, but Royal1 was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service, letting me know when the estimator and technician and estimator were on their way and followed up with some specific questions about the job. I would definitely call them again for this type of work.

They came the same day I called and put my chimney cap on immediately. In the interim my husband of 3 months passed away suddenly and I forgot to mail in my payment they were very understanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone great job and compassionate. Thank you
