I had a rodent problem in my attic after I had a new roof installed. I researched and interviewed 5 companies and received bids. Although Rowland was not the least expensive, what they said that they needed to do made the most sense in order to solve the problem and prevent reoccurence permanently. They came out to the house and actually went into the attic and saw that there were traces of infestation and took pictures to show me. They then sealed all of the possible openings except one with mesh and cement instead of thin metal and installed a one way door so that the animal could escape but not return. They also set a trap in the attic to insure that no animals were still living in the attic and came back a week later to remove an animal if necessary, seal the final opening, and spray disinfectant and deodorizer to combat any bacteria from feces. The office help have been great and keep you informed every step of the way. I am very satisfied with the company.
