Very nice technicians - everyone I have met has been courteous and polite. Scheduling is a total hassle (the same old **we will be there Tuesday, but we cannot tell you WHEN) thing you get from so many service industries. Does not make Rowland uniquely bad in this regard, just does not make them any better than the rest, either. The reason for my low rating is simply the job I actually hired them to do. I had rats, I called Rowland...and three months and two thousand dollars later: I have used up every one of my sick days and vacation days on pest control service appointments, and the rats are still not gone. Only last week they found two more spots the rats were using to get into the house (behind the stove in the kitchen, and on the side of a window AC unit in the garage) after supposedly COMPLETING their exclusion service back in April. In all those visits, no one had thought to look. So, anyway - very nice people, but spotty at best at actual pest control. Dissappointing.

Overall their pest elimination service was okay. However, they subcontracted with someone to do the insulation removal who was clearly not qualified. They made a mess of our garage and damaged everything we had stored there. The owner has been responsive but I would not recommend using them until they resolve these issues.

Hired them for a termite inspection for my VA loan. Fast and dependable service called one day and he did inspection the very next day.

Highly competent. Easy to deal with and totally professional.
