My experience with Rowell Renovations went very smoothly. Jacob and his staff were very professional and did an excellent job at an affordable price of removing and replacing a lot of dry rot siding on my home, including the roof, and painting the outside. I recommend Rowells for your home repair and improvements. I will be using their service again.

This project did not include any roofing or roofing repair. This project included painting and replacing the damaged siding that was on the chimney that was on the roof. Rowell Renovations LLC does not offer any type of roofing services.

The operator & owner, Jacob Rowell, was the perfect combination of professional and friendly - and so was his workmanship. Working against a tight house sale schedule, he hustled to accomplish a broad variety of repairs throughout my house with smooth precision, evidenced by a polished finished product.

He was easy to work with, knew what he was doing, did what he said, and was able to complete the work on time even though he had multiple days of rainy weather and also had to deal with sickness in his family. A very nice guy who does what he says he would do. What else could you want when you hire a contractor.

This project didnÂ’t not include any roofing. This project was a cynic siding and soffit replacement job.

Jacob called me several times to complete the job, which I thought was a good quality. I received a price of $500 to install two closet doors, secure the third door, and to fix the frame of two interior doors. He came to complete the job on January 31st, 2022 I paid in cash and never received a receipt. I text and called several times but I have not received a receipt. Additionally, I believed I was over charged for the job because I had the doors and most hardware, and he did not replace the wood on the interior door frames he just used a staple gun. Anyway this is a lesson learned.
