I will use them again!

The screening was sloppy. The frames that were to be refills were bent. He set up two different appointments to come and bring the screens back and did not show. He was also supposed to screen the lanai but left and I have never heard from him again.

Does not follow through . Dependability for appointments is not high.

On time,super clean . I asked for a quote ,he gave me a fair estimate and completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

Justin was the carpenter that did the job. It was raining when he showed up for the estimate and he took his shoes off at the door so he wouldn't mess up my floors. He was neat, efficient and very pleasant. Will use this company again.

Mr. Rowe replaced the screens in my Florida Room. He arrived on time, did excellent work, and the cost was reasonable.

Did excellent job on my screen porch, came a day earlier than scheduled.

Justin Rowe started the project well but did not finish it as I had requested and he had agreed. He agreed to make the changes (the fence/rail sagged and actually rested on the concrete base between the posts)) but never returned to do so. Made promise he did not keep. Refused to accept phone calls. I had even promised a nice bonus. Because he displayed all the qualities of a person who could be trusted, I paid him when he regarded the job as finished; it was at this point that he promised to make the changes and finish the job as I had originally requested. That was over a month ago. I am hiring someone else to finish the job and cannot recommend Rowe Service and Maintenance for any job.

I had several tasks for Mr. Rowe, roof cleaning, screen door repair, and minor tree-trimming, he performed them all quickly and at a reasonable price.

Very professional,timely and efficiently did the necessary work at a reasonable price
