Rory did phenomenal work. From start to finish. Listening to all of my home needs. I replaced my tub/shower with a walk-in shower with new vinyl water proof flooring.

Rory Stout Construction is Amazing! Rory is very personable with a great sense of humor! My husband and I hired him to build a pergola for our existing deck and he did a fantastic job! His attention to detail is top-notch and his suggestions for what works were well received. We also had him add pull-down screens to block the sun and added railings to both ends of the deck. We are extremely pleased with his work and the total cost was within our budget. We would certainly recommend Rory to anyone! Heâ  s great!

We had water leaking from our window. Rory came out and after inspecting our issue, he gave us multiple realistic quotes all based on what kind of damage he would potentially find behind the wall. He didnâ t try to give us a low quote just to get our business or high ball us either. He was honest about the options and what would need to be done in each scenario. Once we decided on a plan, he came out and did the job as we decided at the cost he quoted. Rory was honest, friendly and respectful of our home and pets. No hidden costs and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!!!

Communication is important when two families own a house together, and Rory managed to pull this off both BEFORE and DURING the construction process. He was very clear in telling and showing us what we could expect, and on a daily basis answered our questions and concerns. The project turned out great and we will definitely use him again!! I also need to say we enjoyed working with his entire crew.
