Ryan is someone you want to avoid. Really bad temper. Not at all concerned about damaging your property and will lie and give false information about insurance coverage. I recommend based on experience to stay away from Rooter Ryan.

We had guests staying at our house in Chatham over Thanksgiving weekend. There was a block in the drain line to the septic and the septic started backing up into the house. Another plumber gave me Ryan’s number. Ryan was at our house 15 minutes after i called him and had the problem fixed within a half hour. He was very prompt, courteous, explained what was going on and fixed it at a very fair price; all on the Friday afternoon after thanksgiving. Strongly recommended

Ryan was quick to come to the house and fixed my drain issue for 1/3 the price of a local company.

Ryan contacted us with in minutes of the request and was at our home 3.6 hours later. The clog was very tough far down (30 feet) the kitchen sink drain. He used 3 pieces of equipment to finally break through the clog. We all thought it was clear, As we worked to melt the grease out by running slugs of hot water down, the clog reformed slowing the drain again and causing small backups downstairs. We let Ryan know. He came back today with liquid to melt the clog and re- rooted the drain to flush down the latent grease. We believe the drain is completely clear, but know Ryan is on the job. Ryan was reasonable in the first visit and only needed an hour and gave us a very reasonable return rate today to finish the clog off. Thanks Ryan

Super quick to respond to the call, and arrived in a very timely manner. Got the job done vey quickly. It's a flat fee for up to an hour or an hour and a half, so it felt a little expensive for our job that took 10 minutes to repair. But Ryan did a fast and fantastic job so I am a very satisfied customer. Would definitely use Ryan again!
