My kitchen sink backed up on Christmas Eve... plunging and clog solutions did NOT work. The day after Christmas, Rooter-Man was the only vendor who was able to send a technician. He showed up on time and determined that the clog was in a second trap way down the pipe in the basement. He was able to remove this vestige from a century ago, and replaced it with a new, straight PVC pipe section to prevent any future clogs. He also reconfigured the old elongated trap under the kitchen sink for better flow. I'm extremely satisfied with the work that he did to solve the problem and get my kitchen back to normal!

I had an urgent waste pipe clog. The office was able to send their tech Bill to me on short notice. He not only cleaned the clog, but helped me understand how to avoid issues in the future. When a second issue popped up a few days later, they took care of it. The office was prompt and helpful, calling a few days later to make sure everything was right. Best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company.

Very, very overpriced. In retrospect, I should have considered other quotes, but I was eager to get this simple kitchen clog cleared. Almost $350 for a 15 minute job.
