Juan responded to initial request without delay. Told me on the phone he would come and give an estimate the next morning AND be ready to do the work immediately if we agreed on price. He was responsive, friendly, efficient and excellent on some follow-up paperwork I needed for insurance reasons. Could not be happier, have already recommended Juan to a neighbor and will hire again without hestitation!

Juan was great. Prompt, professional, and fairly priced. I will definitely hire him again. I requested a quote online on a Tuesday afternoon and within an hour he'd called to schedule a time to come by the very next day to look at the house himself. He then arrived on time and offered a free and fair quote (that was actually a little cheaper than the others I had gotten), and was even able to get straight to work cleaning our gutters. The work itself was excellent (he took great care placing the ladder to protect our old house, for instance) and completed promptly (without being rushed; he cleaned two-plus buckets worth of debris out of our gutters). In short, less than 24 hours passed between when I decided it was finally time to get my gutters cleaned and Rooster Maintenance taking care of it. No hassle, no surprises, just a job done well.

Rooster Maintenance was one of two companies that provided an estimate for cleaning our outside windows. Both companies had outstanding ratings, but I chose Rooster because its ratings were more recent. Juan came out promptly to provide an estimate for cleaning outside windows or both outside and inside, which I appreciated. He came out the day after I notified him that I wanted him to do the work. His demeanor is great and he's easy to work with. He is careful with his work, and took extra care with ladder placement after I told him that we'd had several ornamental bushes crushed when ladders were placed for a painting job some years ago. I will use him again and recommend him.
