Roof Max did a great job on my roof! Friendly roofers and great guarantee! 🤞🏻I feel safer with the winter coming and the winds! My ridge vent was loose and I didn’t even realize a wind storm could have really damaged that area! Great Guys! He even replaced my flashing nails with ones that won’t rust!

Brant did a great job of explaining and working with me on the service. He followed up and was easy to work with. The techs were very professional and did a Thorough and comprehensive job. They cleaned up well and respected our property. They were easy to work with and very conscientious. It was a very good experience.

The Roof Max team was very knowledgeable and professional. They repaired one leaking area, caulked all vents and chimney. They coated the roof and it looks better now. We had a heavy rain all day Tuesday and the roof was fine.

I am not a "hard sell" person. Not interetsed in a typical sales pitch. When I contacted Roof Maxx, Brant got right back to me, we set up a time for an inspection, and a proposal was provided to me that day. I waited a couple of months to have the Roof Maxx application and Brant was never "pushy", and told me my price would be guaranteed when I decided to have Roof Maxx proceed with the work. My roof is right on 20 years old, and is in good shape. But, I wanted to make sure it lasted the maximum full life of the shingles. I also have solar panels, and Brant made me feel very comfortable the roof would be serviced under the solar panels, and the panels would not be compromised. Roof Maxx inspected, detailed and tuned up the areas that needed some minor remediations, and then the application was applied. The service was completed in 3 hours. The Roof Maxx attedndants that serviced my home were excellent. When they left it was like you never knew they were there. No debris, everything as it was before they started their work - outstanding! I would recommend a Roof Maxx evaluation of your roof without hesitation or reservation. Thanks Brant!

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
