"Harold and his assistant were extremely customer friendly and informed me of what they were doing and needed to do to fix my door jamb. They were efficient and focused and proceeded to measure accurately and start work. They secured my permission before running an extension line. Harold made certain I could safely lock and unlock the dead bolt before I they left the apartment by watching me do it, and instructing me in the correct technique. They cleaned my living room and hall of the wood shavings. And they were not afraid of my service dog, Marley even when he went in for a curious sniff. And although Home Advisor screwed up the payment by sending it to someone else, Harold was calm and understanding. I would hire him again in a second, and intend to do so. Grab this guy for your home job. He exudes competence and trust. They gave me a solid rebuilt and safe entrance door. Great job and thank you."
