I've known him for about 14 years and have used him for numerous handyman projects. He's just very very dependable. He will show up on time and he puts in a full days of work. In 2 much of a hurry damage other parts of the room put scratches on new sink pipes were liking over night
This is confusing.... I replaced a sink top and the customer seemed satisfied with the results, I even did other tasks beyond the bid price at no additional charge. He told me he was happy with my service and he would have more work for me in the future. a few days later I got a call from him about a drip so I returned to re-seat the drain at no charge, at that point he again thanked me. No mention of a scratch or any other "damage to other parts of the room" during either visit. After seeing this review I called to try to rectify the problem and was promptly hung up on. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I go out of my way to try to please my clients. If Ryan had mentioned any of this to me I would have replaced or repaired anything that did not meet his standards. I still will if he wishes to call me.
