I can’t praise Roman’s Tuckpointing enough. I got a quote, and only two days later, the job was done. No messing about! They turned up on time and finished in a quarter of the time others had quoted. The top of our chimney was in need of repair. Romans Tuckpointing completed the repairs in less than half a day. They matched the brick up beautifully, and the chimney looks fantastic. Luis was very professional and personable when explaining the work needed. Will definitely use them again if needed, and highly recommend them.

I thought it was going well. We spoke several times about project specifics. After multiple delays the project started and everything was rushed and hurried. The project manager, Luis was often not on-site or available and the crew was unsupervised and did not speak English. So communication was an issue. The project took about 4 days, not counting callbacks.

I do believe we did a great job with your property especially after you called us back for a second job and referring us to your sister whom we also did an excellent job. Do to weather and other situations that occurred we were not able to head out for small sections we did miss but we did head out twice. I was there and you gave me the ok even did a couple of things for you that we do not do and you even gave my guys a great job. As far as communication with my guys. There was no misunderstanding or communications. I believe you called me at times when I was not there and me and you communicated

Professional crew did a professional job! Arrived 15 minutes early to prepare. Started promptly on time at 8am. The crew worked diligently throughout the day. Superb job on 2 chimneys, 4 front porch pillars, around several windows, and patched multiple cracks on brick homes. Matched mortar color, cleaned job site when completed, and walked customer around home for inspection. Thank you Roman’s Tuckpointing. I highly recommend your company!
