The Rogers team came and provided a very thorough inspection. I had no idea the state of my roof… I’m glad we caught this because it needs to be nipped in the bud!

Rogers was a pleasure to work with. They were professional and did a fabulous job. The Project Manager, Austin, checked in with me multiple times a day to let me know the stages of the new roof install and if I had any questions. The crew were hard working and did an awesome job of cleaning up after the roof was installed. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The overall service was efficient and timely given we needed the work done asap given the weather. From inspection and completion of project, was done within the timeline promised.

They actually called us back, most of the other companies never did, even after a week. Our inspector was running behind, but the company kept us informed. Hunter was our roofing inspector and he was fantastic. He took detailed pictures and videos of everything, clearly showing us the issues and not just pointing them out, but explaining why they were happening. He did a great job walking us through the recommended fixes and the overall process, so we knew exactly what to expect. He was never pushy, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. Hunter was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable- not only about their products and process, but about roofing in general. He stayed until 9:30pm answering all our questions. 10/10 customer service experience!

THEY WERE GOOD

Our family completely remodeled our home. We are DIY people by heart, but I'm really happy that we called Rogers for this part. We knew our roof was old, but we never thought that we had moisture issues in our attic. Mitch was able to explain that our attic wasn't letting air in and out properly, causing moisture and mold to grow on the attic ceiling. Our attic was over 100 degrees on a day that it was 75! He was able to draw up a plan immediately to tackle all of these issues with our new roof. From start to finish, Rogers Roofing has been a professional, responsive, and friendly company to work with. No, they were not the cheapest bid we had, but they were the ONLY ones that brought attention to anything other than the shingles being old. New shingles really do not matter if the roof is going to start warping, as Mitch explained. If I could give more stars I would, thank you SO much!

We are customer for LIFE! My husband and I had a bad experience with a contractor, so naturally we are very cautious on who we hire. Rogers Roofing has restored our faith in the home remodeling industry. Their inspector, Sean, was extremely detailed and organized. He even went in our attic to take videos and photos of anything and everything that was going on! Zero pressure during the appointment, just complete honesty. He had a specific plan for our new roofing system, and our home has never been more protected. Thank you Rogers Roofing!
