We recently worked with Roger Perron to build an addition onto our 110 year‑old Craftsman home, and we could not be happier with the result. From the very first meeting, it was clear that Roger wanted to build what we envisioned and understood the character and integrity of an older home. He brought fresh ideas to the table while honoring our home’s original charm and craftsmanship. Roger’s team created a design that blended beautifully with the existing structure, making the addition feel as if it had always been a part of the house. They executed the design with precision and care, paying meticulous attention to every detail — from woodwork and finishes, to making sure the new spaces felt timeless and true to the home’s heritage. We have and would highly recommend Roger Perron and his team to anyone looking to add-on or build a home.

We hired Roger to handle a major remodel of our home. Roger met with us to get our desires on paper and worked with his architect and engineer to draw it up. We went back and forth a few times to get the details just right before Roger submitted the plans for permits. After those were approved, Roger's team descended upon the house and got right to it. The whole remodel took about a year and cost in total around $750k, most of that to Roger and his team, but a very good chunk to things like appliances. The project did grow in scope due to things like rot discovery and LA's fireplace laws disallowing wood burning fireplaces. We also decided to raise some beams into the attic, so expect a 15-20% over initial quote increase in costs. Roger was on his game. He only used premium subcontractors. At the beginning there were 10-20 guys here doing the demo, and as the process wore on there was usually 2-3 guys here 5-6 days a week. The work process was smooth with zero unreasonable hiccups.

Over the last few years as our kids started growing, we realized we needed additional space to meet the demands of our growing family. We initially hired them to do the design for the extension and remodeling of the house to fit out requirements. After the design phase was completed, they also submitted a costing for the project. For our mental sanity we shopped around the design to find competitive bids. No other contractor provided estimates in the same level of details as you had provided. Your attention to detail won our project. The permitting and building phase of the project was done right in the middle of the pandemic and Roger was always available to steer the project. As we moved forward with the building phase Roger's team were professional and followed all the right protocols that we were comfortable with. The project execution was as per the project plan, there were no delays attributable to Roger and team. The project was within the financial variance that Roger had projected. Overall their honest and open approach during the entire project and the timely execution along with keeping to budget was commendable. When we began work with Roger Perron, the plan was to do a complete remodel of our master bath and kitchen. Little did we know that Roger would make the process, which we had dreaded, so smooth and the results so spectacular, that we essentially remodeled our entire house, including the demo and remodel of three additional bathrooms, while living here with our Akita puppy the whole time. Roger is an awesome contractor â honest, knowledgeable, affable, and conscientious. He takes complete responsibility and is readily available. He also has an expert team â his wife, Barbara; his own crew; and his subcontractors. We are deeply grateful to Roger. Working with him has been rewarding, educational, and even fun! And we love our newly remodeled house!

We live in a 2 bedroom craftsman home on a large lot and wanted to add a 2 car garage, laundry room, primary bed, bath and extend our back deck.
