Amazing guy who take pride in his work and really enjoys what he does. A true professional who will explain everything he is doing each step of the way so you know and understand what is going on. He came to our house to fix a broken LAN drop that two other repair men couldn t fix and were telling me they d have to rerun the lines and add boxes and switches which would have ended up costing around $1200-$1500. Roe came through troubleshot it down to a short in the wire and ended up fixing the original wire. He then added two more drops in separate bedroom in about an hour. Not only is he good but the guy is fast. He then tested all the new drops to ensure they worked. Don t go with the big names they will just over charge you. Go with Roe.

When we were talking about the project after our original ball park figure, we made a few adjustments on the fly that would have increased the cost by $350. He stayed with the original cost saving me $350. I have Stephen's number saved in my phone for any future project he could help me with.

He was very responsive. When we had a few bumps in the road, he reached out and was quick to call and proposed solutions. He made it very easy to work with him. Great job.

Stevens effort and quality of work defined the term above and beyond. His knowledge experience and passion for his work were obvious shortly after meeting with him. He told me he had been in this field of work since he was 16 years old. I bought a house that had a AV wiring nightmare left by the previous owner. Not only was he able to quickly figure out what was there to work with but was patient with someone with no knowledge of how AV systems are set up. He explain how he prefers to repair things correctly the first time using correct wiring and installation but allowed the customer and option if there was one. He is friendly hard-working and takes pride in his work.This is the kind of person I look for when I need help with something I'm not familiar with. Sometimes you can hire a large company which has a good reputation but you don't get that Personal Touch like a good friend or a member of the family. As it turns out I was his first customer on the advisor website and receive a $460 discount. I definitely plan on using him again for some future repairs and insulation and would recommend him to anybody with audio-visual wiring setup and installation.
