Theyâ ve got a pretty good racket going where the technician who shows up for your quarterly inspection will purposely break something so that your alarm will sound later that day (after they have left), necessitating a â service callâ so they can â fixâ the problem they created. After one instance when this happened, the tech admitted to me that it was his fault and said he would not charge me for the repair. The next time this happened, my husband started doing the repairs himself. Over a year later, Rocklyn sent me a past due notice for the repairs the tech had told me I would not be charged for. Because of their lies and the clear racket they have going on, we did not renew our contract with them and thought that would be the end of it. Nope! After the contract expired, they still sent a tech out for an â inspection.â Luckily, I was home and immediately informed him that we did not renew our contact and asked him to leave. He left without so much as touching the control panel of the system. The next week, I received a bill from Rocklyn for â replaced sprinkler heads.â So outrageous. Stay far away from Rocklyn Septic. Do not give them one penny of your hard earned money. They should be shut down for fraud.
It is truly unfortunate you had such a bad experience. I have sense fired that technician and hired a new office manager.
Rocklyn did not only the work I hired them for but extra things since they already had the equipment here - saved me money! They also responded immediately when I had an issue with all the rain right after the install.
