Do not trust their friendly estimation process. They came without a normal sized MOVING truck which would have moved everything in one trip. Instead a small 15 foot truck was used creating multiple trips.

As discussed in our recent call, the decision on the truck size was based on the information provided during the booking call, indicating a move smaller than a full two-bedroom, with not all items requiring transport. We understand that the use of two 15' full trucks resulted in an unexpected 45-minute round trip, causing inconvenience. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances led to this situation, and we want to assure you that we maintained open communication with your daughter and husband on-site and advised against a third trip for extra boxes. We acknowledge your disappointment and want to reassure you that if we had the information beforehand we would have dispatched our largest truck available of 26'. We still genuinely believe that even with the larger truck, it would have required an additional trip due to the volume of items transported. Nevertheless, we take your concerns seriously and have thoroughly reviewed our booking processes. As a proactive step, going forward, customers can now select the truck size when booking, providing more control over their move. To address the inconvenience you experienced, we responded promptly to your email by providing a credit. We regret any inconvenience caused and are dedicated to learning from this experience. Your valuable feedback serves as a guide for our ongoing efforts to improve, ensuring a positive moving experience for all our customers. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to address your concerns. Our intention has always been to assist people and do right by our customers.     We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
