Robert was very quick to respond to my initial service request and was on site within 48 hours. He surveyed the job scope and provided what I considered a fair estimate for the time and materials. The work was performed in a professional workman-like manner both on time and on budget. I would happily recommend Robert for this type of project elsewhere. Follow Up Review - Based on my satisfaction with Robert's work at my residence, I contracted him again to complete another project at my business location. As in the first case, the response, execution and completion of the project was outstanding and I am completely satisfied. Robert is my "go-to" contractor for any deck work.

Beware !! I gave this company two jobs. One was a backyard patio. Pavers were not installed evenly with the house and the patio is not symmetric as a result. On the second job I was charged full amount for half of the work with the promise that they would return to complete. It is now more than 8 months and I keep getting promises to finish the job with no action - or no response to text and/or voicemail.. Strongly advise against hiring

We brought him to our yard with an idea, a wish and some vague vision. Robert not only made that vision a reality, he guided us through the tweaking process with attention to detail that resulted in a revitalized patio/pool deck that we now enjoy daily. He respected our budget and offered ways to make the most of what we were ready to do at this time. His recommendations of product based on our existing deck were spot on and the finished project is everything we were aiming for. We had two different crews that specialized in different aspects of the project, and each and every one of these craftsmen were talented, courteous, and best of all they completely cleaned up after themselves! Little things were an automatic no-brainer for these men, good old fashioned customer service, even if the boss wasn't right there watching! Their pride in doing a job well and the right way could not have been more apparent and is greatly appreciated and acknowledged. We highly recommend Robert and his team without hesitation and they will definitely be our first and only call when the next project comes up.
