Knowledgeable, professional, efficient and my requests were made his priority. We purchased a home that needed some electrical upgrades. Once the basic â move - inâ jobs were knocked out we began to undertake large comprehensive projects; more than 15 of them I believe. A new panel, upgraded trenched wiring to the pool, a hot tub installation, a dryer exhaust booster fan in the attic, smoke/ fire detectors plus a dozen more. Most recently a kitchen renovation involving a sophisticated lighting scheme. Mack Electric understands codes and pulled all of my NC electrical permits. Mack Electric has performed extremely well with every project involving every area of my home. (and several outside too!). No problems, no bumps. Rob plans out the work in detail and executes with calmness and tidiness. Mack Electric deserves 10 stars on a 5 star scale! A stand up responsible company. As Electricians Mack Electric is professionally perfect.

We had some under cabinet and above cabinet lighting installed as well as a microwave. Rob was the first professional to contact me from Angi. He was very responsive and acccessible via text. We didn't like the first set of above cabinet lights so he came back and installed exactly what we were looking for.

I hired Rob to help me change out some light fixtures in my new apartment and he did an excellent job! He was on time and made sure to protect my furniture. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I plan to hire him again soon to hang more light fixtures for me.

Above and beyond with replacing/upgrading all my outlets/ switches. Exceptional job was done by Rob and John. Providing knowledgeable services. Couldn’t have picked better. They were punctual, professional, friendly, careful and cleaned up. Impressive, very pleased :)
