I asked for a roofer to repair leaking roof and Rob called right away. Rob came over and inspected our roof and glued spots where the problem might be. He didn't charge anything for doing it and we'll hire him in the future when needed.

Rob and Abby were up front about everything and were great. They were not pushy and got the job done quickly. If you ask they will answer every question as they want you to make an educated decision. I would recommend them to anyone for a roof replacement.

I contacted Rob in December 2018 for a minor roof repair. He gave me an estimate in January. After multiple efforts to schedule this job via text message and email lasting over a month, with either no response or messages promising to get back to me, I decided to move on and get bids from other roofers. Two months later, Rob sent someone to my house to do the job, unknown to me. I ubered home to confront the guy after I saw someone climbing onto my roof via a doorbell camera. The job was completed, supposedly, however, the worker left shingles all over my back deck. Rob emailed me an invoice a week and a half later with the audacity to also refer him to my friends and neighbors. I emailed back the next day detailing my displeasure and that I would not be paying the whole bill. I again received no response, until ~2 months later when he called asking me to pay the invoice. He denied ever receiving any contact from me besides my initial contact, except, however, he does remember getting my acceptance of his bid. Shame on me for not outright canceling my initial acceptance of his bid. I will be filing complaints with appropriate audiences including the better business bureau and Secretary of State business licensing office.

Response from Company:

I am at fault for not informing this customer of our arrival. With the snow conditions of February; it was not a safe time to get up on a very steep roof. A life lesson learned. I hope this customer can find happiness going forward.
