They were on time. Very considerate of the surrounding landscape and very careful of the house. The tree was only three feet from the house and window. Cleaned up very nicely.

Did not do what I asked. I asked for the trees to be topped as they were getting too high and over into the neighbors shed across the fence. The trimmer did not do as I asked, and when called would not make it right. Insisted that he took 1/3 of the tree, just not the third that I needed to be taken. Price was too high and added on more work and more money after the original quote and cut a tree I did not ask them to cut.

I believe I remember this case as we don't have unhappy customers very often. The reason we didn't "top" the tree, is because that isn't an acceptable pruning practice that would result in severely stressing your tree out. This was explained to the the lady of the house before commencing the work, and then again during our walk through. I received a call and stating I didn't do as asked, I again explained what we did and why we did it. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and if you feel poorly taken care of. If you want your tree topped, that is your perogative and I will come out and do it free of charge.
