They were very professional. Quick response to my inquiry. Great communication. Price quoted was fair and no surprise charges at the end. The work was done well and they took great care for our property. They worked hard, gave me good advice about our trees and cleaned up really well. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

They did a really good job from start to finish and kept to the bid price. I appreciate their promptness as well as their good advice and knowledge about my trees. However, during the clean-up, they forgot to rake all of the small branches and twigs from around the large tree. They highly over quoted me on an insect treatment that I was able to find inexpensively at a local nursery. Other than that, I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for a touch-up.

Somewhat overpriced.......and some dead limbs that were cut off were left up in the tree. Workers were cordial and knowledgeable.

They were professional on time and I was amazed at how fast they were in then out. I didn't even get to see the tree fall. They were so efficient and did great clean up too. The most important part to me, they had liability insurance and most of the companies who gave me estimates did not. Buyer beware when it comes to this, you could be liable for millions in damages when you hire someone with out insurance. Rivendell is a top notch company and I would hire them again! Ronda Goodman

They did not arrive at the promised time, they left minor damage to structures, oil stains on sidewalk, no notification of time for line marking or stump removal
