Rio Tinto were excellent. A very well skilled crew. Worked for two and a half days. Cleaned up each day. Went out of there way to make sure the project was to my liking. They even helped me out with a loose piece of siding on the house. A professional job all around. Very happy with the project. I would highly recommend them .

Iâ ve hired Rio Tinto once a year for the last 10 years to do regular maintenance on my house. They have done roofing pointing carpentry, painting, exterior cedar trim, exterior painting, deck Deck repair basement mold remediation. They do the whole job from start to finish. They show up on time they work all day. They do everything and they clean up. I donâ t even ask their price anymore Hope they donâ t read thisð

They did a fantastic job. When they finished the job, you couldn't tell they were there. Everything was cleaned up and spotless. Truly professional. Their rates were below everyone else and their workmanship above everyone else.

First they were flexible with their asking price by lowering their original estimate to fit my budget. Their craftmenship was good they just lacked that finishing touch on their work for example sanding some rough edges and manufacture decals on the wood where it can be seen on the deck, but otherwise their work was professional.

David and Juan were very professional as well their staff, the work was performed in a timely manner and clean up was superb. I will use them again
