We wanted to redo our kitchen and our bathrooms for a little while now they were starting to get really old. I’m so grateful that we ran into right image. They gave us an extensive amount of options to choose from and finally we picked the one that works best for us! Great company!

During the heavy rains of winter 2018/9, we realized that our back French doors/Deck had a number of leaks, as well as the adjacent window. And the problem got worse when the back doors would open by themselves from wind--even when they were locked! We used Request a Quote to contact a few contractors, RIB were quick to respond and very easy to work with. They came out for some measurements and estimates, helped us find a door and window manufacturer to our liking, and their crew quickly and with high quality replaced our junky back doors with brand new out-swinging doors and a new window. Additionally, because of the leaking, we had some water damage below the window. Their crew took off the stucco, addressed the dry rot, and re-stuccoed so well that you can't even tell there was work done. RIB were thorough throughout the entire process, including after the work was done--making sure we were happy with the results. We have some upcoming work we'll need to do, and we won't hesitate to go with Right Image Team

After interviewing 5 contractors we decided to go with Right Image Builders to build our Pool / Deck renovation. We did the best option :) we did a full home remodeling and we were afraid that it will not be ready on time... right image builders, finished before time and kept us in budget. Thank You guys !!!

I honestly don't know where to begin. Working with Vladimir and Jeckie to remodel my kitchen create An ADU and bathroom was an overall amazing experience with so many positives. This being my first time remodeling a place, there were so many aspects of concern and stress. From the very first meeting with Vlad, he completely put me an ease, and talked to me in detail on what they could do and the approximate price point. Throughout the initial phase, I contacted and met with over 10 different construction companies, and of course, the estimates that I received were all over the map. Vladimir quote was very manageable and best of all, precise. There weren't any surprises at the end of the job. What he said in day 1, was exactly what it turned out to be (okay, plus $150 for some extra finished material that I needed which we discussed prior to purchasing). After meeting all the different contractors, I was debating between Right Imahe and one other company. At this point, I also decided to downsize my remodeling to save some extra money. The other company was immediately hesitant to take on the job now that their profits had shrank, whereas Vlad was the complete opposite. He went into revision mode and was quick to come up with an alternate plan that we could do now that my budget had changed. That really impressed me. His ability to maneuver and work with different financial circumstances while maintaining a high quality of work. It also showed me that he cared about my project, even after the scope of the work had become smaller. I now know he has many projects going on at any given time, but you wouldn't have guessed it by the attention and excellent communication he provides. I never felt like I couldn't reach out to him for questions (and I had many) or clarifications on each phase. For me, choosing the right contractor came down to trust. I was remodeling from out of town so I couldn't check in on the process on a constant basis. Vlad kept me informed every step of the way and eased my anxiety if anything popped up. If an issue or potential issue came about, he would bring it up to let me know this or that happened, but then he would tell me that it was no problem to deal with, and provide a solution as how he planned to work around it. The entire process was always transparent and clear. I could go on and on about what sets Right Image apart but I hope this gives you a snapshot on why they are the right contractors for the job. I have zero complaints and they went beyond my expectations. Best of all, the end result looks like a million bucks.

The team of Right Image, were great! They put in a new bathroom /ADU /pool for us at our home in Bel Air. The project was done in a reasonable amount of time. Worksite was kept clean, pricing was competitive, communication was outstanding. I recommend this company!

I've been a property owner in LA and RIB is the best contractor I've worked with. When I had a timely project come up but my go-to contractor was already full, I surveyed my network and a friend gave a very strong recommendation for RIB. During the first visit, they gave a fair quote and I was impressed with the additional ideas they had for what could be done with the space. Throughout the project (a large remodel of 3 bedroom) I could trust Vlad (owner/project manager) their crew with their: skill, competency, customer-centric approach, responsiveness, and reliability. As anyone who has worked with multiple contractors can attest, it's very rare to find a contractor who is excellent at all of those. They did this project during Covid and were always diligent with navigating that additional complexity in a courteous manner. They also don't upsell aggressively. All in all a terrific experience and they will be my go-to contractor in the future.

We hired RIB for bathroom remodel in our house. Mario was our project manager. As we proceeded with the project, we discovered additional issues with our house that required repair, so we expanded the scope of the project to repair an exterior wall with water damage, apply stucco to the exterior of our entire house, and also replace our existing metal roof with asphalt shingles. The whole project took about 6 month start to end. We are happy with the new beautiful bathrooms, roof and exterior walls built by Mario team. Mario is very responsive to our questions and concerns through out the project. We mainly used Whatsapp to communicate, which is very useful when I didn't have time take phone calls at work. During the main phase of our project, Mario also visited us in person every day, to discuss progress. We appreciate how Mario kept us informed, and also patiently explained many details in remodeling to us, which is important for us when making decisions during our project. There were some period of time where Mario was visiting A foreign country , Even when he was having a time zone difference, he managed to respond to our questions within 24 hours and managed the project remotely. There were some challenges during the project and Mario always made sure that any issues occurred was taken care of. We don't have to worry about mistakes from the construction crew. When testing the shower pan of our new upstairs bathroom, little water leakage occurred and we found that water came out of a light bulb downstairs. Mario had his crew came in about 2 hours , and fixed the water leakage, and also opened the ceiling and walls in the affected areas to ensure that there is no water damage inside before re-sealing them. 2) During the construction of our new roof, the roofer took a misstep and his leg punched a hole in the interior ceiling of our living room. Mario sent his crew to repair our interior ceiling to ensure that the repaired area has the same texture, and repaint

Right Image recently remodeled my kitchen, and I am very pleased with the final result. It looks exactly as I had imagined it. The cost was very competitive, and the process was professional. They went a bit over the three week time frame they promised, but it was worth it. I couldn't be happier. I was hesitant to get this job done during a pandemic, but I decided to go ahead with it. The crew put up a tight plastic barrier around the work site and wore masks. When I expressed concern about the crew walking through my house to use the bathroom, the project manager, Mario, immediately ordered a port-a-pot for them to use. Mario, Miguel and crew were all very pleasant and professional. Mario kept the project running smoothly, from permit to engineering consults, to ordering supplies, to inspections. I paid only when they had completed the appropriate phase of the project. If I had it to do over again, I would hire Right image builders .
