Very happy with the results. They did exactly what they promised. Very quick about it and very nice to us.

Was told that they would return for Tree Stump Removal (which they made me pay for up front). Now two years later and they have ignored all attempts by me and the BBB to contact them in regards to stump removal. I would NOT recommend them for any type of tree services.

They did a good job. I thought they could have taken out more dead branches. Clean up was very good.

Very fast and friendly response, crew was knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonable price and lower since they let me do the clean-up. The tree fell and caused some minor damage to another tree but there wasnt much of a choice.

Rifes showed up after another customer had to cancel. We made a deal at 10:30a the job was done by 4:30p. We had 4 trees next to buildings that needed to be trimmed back and another 4 that needed low hanging branches removed and shaped. No butcher job here. all brush was stacked as was limbs for firewood. We have property so I didn't want to pay more for raking and cleanup when I could burn brush piles myself. That was no problem, but Rifes left things pretty tidy anyway.

Very nice workers and they cleaned up all the debris. I did not have to go out and clean up anything. They did not pressure me into more costly work, actually suggested trimming and thinning which cost less.

What an awesome company!! So happy with the job they did. Such hard workers and so courteous!! We will call them again whenever we have to have tree service done. Cleaned up the site and worked with a really awful situation our builder left us in the best way anyone could. Can’t say enough good things about them!
