They were great! I wrote them a message late on a Saturday night, received a phone call within minutes and had someone out to my house on Sunday morning. Their customer service could not have been better!

I found Rid-A-Bug on home advisor. Paul contacted me within 5 minutes of my inquiry. We spoke about my pest problem and he sent Joe to my house within a few hours. Paul was professional and courteous from my initial phone call with him; he is genuinely a nice guy who wants to help. Joe was great! Knowledgeable, courteous and extremely thorough when checking my home. He explained everything that he needed to do. Joe too, like Paul, is a genuinely nice guy who wanted to help. Once Joe left, Paul called me within 30 minutes to make sure I was happy and to let me know he would follow up with me within a few days. If you are having a pest problem, call Paul, you won t be disappointed. Their service, professionalism and genuine concern is something you rarely find in the pest control business.
