Crazy cleaning company rinehart was a complete nut

Only 1 cleaning and so far it's good. Expect the good service to continue.

Very friendly and did not mine my dogs in the house while cleaning. I liked that they asked what products I wanted used on my wood furniture and floors. I have hired this professional to clean every two weeks in hopes that they keep up the good job.

I hired them and they were very friendly at first. Josh told me he could come back and clean if GN wasn't satisfied and that I should give him another call if they had any issues with the place. They didn't return our entire security deposit, so I told him and he said we could try to work it out. The landlord wanted a breakdown of the services provided in order to refund us part of the deposit (for shampooing the carpet). Josh said he would get me a breakdown, and so I waited. Until the point that I had to bug him again--then he said, "S*** i forgot, sorry, working on it now." I waited. Then bugged him again. Never heard from it again. I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency, but they did their best cleaning the place thoroughly so I gotta give them that.

These people were very professional and reliable, and I felt the quality and price was awesome! I would highly recommend this company. The mess they had to clean up after 4 boys lived in the same apartment for 3 years was awful. They said they had seen worse, but it was bad! They did a great job and didn't stop until it was finished. Very easy to work with.
