Branden is amazing!!! The diagnosis was made and he explained exactly what my options were , to repair or get a new system,,, He did the repair ? scheduled, work was done and tested, before he left.. he is a rock star!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend him!!~!~!~ HE KNOWS HIS STUFF!!

The experience was flawless from the beginning when calling the office, to the sales tech coming out, to the tech installing. let me know what he was doing and explained the system to me and what I need to do to maintain and get the most life out of my equipment. definitely would recommend Reynolds Water to everyone. You want quality they are it..

We recently had a new water softener system installed in our home. I could immediately tell the difference in the way the water feels in the shower. We are in a community well, so the smell was horrible before this was installed. The guys that came worked as a team and completed the work in a timely manner,

Jalen was an outstanding technician. He did a thorough assessment of our equipment and made sure everything was working. He also changed the filters on my RO system to ensure my family has the best drinking water possible. Thank you for sending such a great tech to our home.

Reynolds installed a reverse osmosis water filter in my basement in January of 2024. I think we paid something like $3000 for it. In May of the same year (four months later), I come home one evening, and hear something like a firehose in my basement...I thought I had Niagara Falls in my basement. I go downstairs to check, and find half my basement underwater, and the "gushing sound" is coming from the piping on top of my wonderful new Reverse Osmosis unit...it's spraying out just like a firehose. I managed to shut it off with one of the levers below, and call Reynolds. They sent out someone the next day...and were very insulted that I wasn't appreciative for their quick response. Here's MY question: how much would it cost for a unit that DOES NOT FILL MY BASEMENT WITH WATER during the first 4 months? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Who needs this kind of crap! I'll never use this company again.
