We are very satisfied with the work they have done. From our first encounter we were impressed. We wanted to install concrete in our patio and asked for their suggestions about stamped concrete. One could notice immediately they are professionals. They showed us pictures of different designs and we chose the one we wanted. The following day we hired them and the work was completed as per plan 3-4 days. Now we can enjoy our beautiful patio. We are considering of hiring them for another project Their prices is also very competitive. Thanks Adrian & Carmen

I asked to have a small patio poured. The finish is smooth in some places, light texture in some areas but most of it is so rough that you cannot walk on it without shoes, very pitted with the aggregate exposed. When I contacted them, she told me that he did not know that I wanted it smooth, that he could rent a machine and smooth it out but it would cost me several hundred dollars more. I responded that I did not know that I had to ask for smooth, I had expectations that a patio would be a walkable surface. That was several weeks ago and I have yet to hear back. They seem to be very nice people, but the end result was not acceptable and their customer service is terrible. What is sad is that I selected the based on all of the great reviews they have......

You'd be a fool not to hire Reyes. We had concrete stairs poured for our porch because the current ones were either rotting away or cracked and buckling. We received a quote the next day after contact. The job was completed in 2 days. They look amazing. There was a bit of a gap in the cedar railings we requested, but when I told Carmen about it, they were here the next day and it was fixed. We also had an issue with one of housings for the railings. They have told me that the issue is fixed (I believe them) but that if something goes wrong, we only have to call them and they'll come out and repair it. Working with Carmen and Adrian is great. They are affordable and reliable. Getting a hold of them is easy and they are very concerned about being responsive. I've never worked with a contractor before that went so far out of their way to make sure I was fully satisfied with the project. Also, they are just really nice people. For that reason, and for so many others (too many to list), I recommend Reyes. You'd be a fool not to hire them.
