The people that fitted the windows done such a bad job that they leak,the windows are crap and very bad made,even have mold on the inside,and most have only one screw holding in the windows, they will not honor the 50 year warranty. They also told me the mold on their windows on the inside of my house was caused by my house, not having vents, which is utter nonsense we never had mold before on the old windows. I have been trying to get these windows replaced for about the last five years under the warranty. They fixed one big picture window and now that has cracked. I am having to pull out all windows and replace them myself at my own cost out of pocket.i live in Lind wa 99341 I have never seen such bad windows or workmanship most windows had and have only 1 or 2 screws holding them in,and tons of cheap caulking ,and no water proofing or water prevention.which is raw rules in wa state.

Marcus and Benjamin were so great, they came out and showed me that we needed to replace more than the 2 windows i thought we needed. they were fun to work with and cannot wait to see what our windows look like.

Do not ever use DaBella for any house project. A predatory salesman came to my house and instilled the fear in me that there was water in my bathroom walls and it needed to be repaired due to water leaks. When the contractor came there was absolutely NO water in my walls and they were told it was a remodel which I would have NEVER said yes to. I had to continue as my shower had been completely dismantled to REPAIR water damage. They left my bathroom in a horrible mess and refuse to complete the finish work (see pictures). They cracked my bathroom floor which they refuse to fix. I would have NEVER said yes to a bathroom remodel because my bathroom did not need to be remodeled. I agreed to fixing the leaks in my bathroom. The GM, Brian, later told me DaBella is a remodel company and not a repair company which ties directly back to predatory practices by the salesman who came to my home. This company does not care about the customer nor does it care about the Spokane community. They will prey on fear and use fear to sell something they do not even do. I was sold on repair which is NOT what DaBella does. This is how my bathroom now looks. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I am sorry that I said yes to this company. Had an issue with the company representatives, and now the install date has been pushed out for another month.

Alex is absolutely fantastic. He is very professional and personable. He makes the process very easy, informative, and understandable. I would recommend him and his company every time!!

The sales reps, Brian and Sam are great- very knowledgeable about roofing and the products offered. Our roof is in very poor condition due to no maintenance from previous owners and they included replacing the fascia boards along with the roof, as well as replacing the poor ventilation with a much better system which should minimize the dampness problem that is present currently. The fact that the roof has a 50 year transferable warranty should help us or our heirs get top dollar down the road if we or they sell the house. Our home will not only look much nicer but will be safer, more comfortable, and worth more. Can’t wait to see the finished product!!
