Wonderful to work with. We had a water leak in the basement that flooded most of the floor area, damaging some stored items. Luckily, it didn't get very high before the water was turned off. Still, we had to replace the flooring, dry the whole space, open the walls, etc. We had several different crews -- moving, cleaning, repairing -- all of which knew what they were doing, and did it well. The manager, who virtually held our hands thoughout the whole process, was very responsive, accommodating, and nice! We highly recommend RestorePro.

RestorePro came and cleaned up dirty basement floor from sewer backup. They arrived within a few hours of phone call and were very fast and professional.

In a word: AMAZING! The neighbor's pool burst and left our pool, yard and basement overflowing with dirty water, sediment and mud- it was literally a disaster on July 4th. RestorePro came out right away (July 5th) and cleaned the basement and backyard. The men were fabulous and did a phenomenal job of cleaning and hauling away bags of sediment. I don't know that they have ever tackled a job like this, yet they were so accommodating. Brian kept me in the loop all the way, as did the courteous gentlemen who had the unfortunate task of cleaning a back yard in 90 degree plus weather. A+

RestorePro, Inc. was phenomenal! They were prompt to my Service Magic request, showed up on time, were extremely professional and courteous, and I am so glad to have found them to help me with my basement flooding project. I had a question at around 9:30 one night for Brian, and he was happy to answer the phone and walk me through some help. I would recommend them to anybody!
