They did a great job
I'm totally delighted with the work that RestorePro did to deal quickly with the flood and water damage in my basement. RestorePro's treatment removed the standing water and dried my belongings so I can sort and decide on next steps. They removed damaged wet debris from my premises quickly and efficiently. Their personnel were, without exception, professional and simpatico, in person and on the phone. I greatly appreciate that each employee's business card had both the employee's email address and a good color picture so I could easily identify which person I had encountered. I recommend Restore Pro enthusiastically to anyone who might need competent and compassionate help with restoring property after serious water damage.
They immediately responded to my request about water damage late at night. Their work about water mitigation was very thorough, making sure that every piece of wet materials is taken care of. I also used them for the reconstruction and is very satisfied with that as well. Their communication is top-notch, and they keep me in the loop as to what they're working on and what's the next step. They also handle all the communication with the insurance company. Overall, they have made the whole process a lot less stressful.
Our basement flooded when the sump pump failed and they came right away and extracted the water and set up a dehumidifier and fans to dry it out. They were great
We had what turned out to be a leak in the water main and ultimately Boston Water had to fix it. But Restore Pro came and bailed us out. They also installed a pump so the flood did not continue. They are not plumbers or experts on the cause of water in the basement, but really solid for removal. and prompt which is important
Matt was great stayed here until after 1 am to make sure the problem was resolved!
They started out great, professional and informative and then they were terrible! Very vague, one worker made me feel uncomfortable in my own home, they didn't follow through on what they claimed they would. The owner was very wish-washy and unpleasant to deal with.

I apologize for appearing wish-washy ,I believe it was because you had requested something we do not normally provide, and I should have made that more clear. The team and the company were top notch. They were very personal and knowledgeable. They removed all parts of the room that were effected by the sewage back up and were just a pleasure to have working here. I highly recommend and endorse RestorePro.
