M.V. Custom Awnings

We highly recommend MV who did an outstanding job on our patio cover replacement. WE LOVE IT! The job required demolition of a 15 year old wooden lattice patio cover, construction of an Elitewood lattice cover with 11 lights, extra outlets for Christmas lights and decorative columns. We had interviewed six other contractors and while MV bid in the mid-range we chose Victor’s company because he was by far the most attentive and patient with our questions. He carefully listened to our ideas and suggested his own for our consideration. Victor made the effort to visit us two more times with other ideas and product alternatives. Victor isn’t only a salesman but he works side-by-side with his team. His workmanship and supervision is excellent. Victor takes great pride in his work and genuinely wants his customer to be satisfied. He is friendly, conscientious and always has a can-do attitude. Choosing MV was one of the best decisions we’ve made with our home improvement projects!

From our first meeting, for the estimate, until the job was completed I had the impression that Victor had taken ownership of the project. He was making recommendations of how to handle the ancillary items. Pointing out which ones he will do and how he will get them done. He also explained how the project will progress in stages. As such there were no surprises. The job was well done.

Victor did a wonderful job job from day to finish! Was about to do all repairs and rebuild I wanted and customized a beautiful awning.

I had one company come out first, they looked at our custom retractable roof and said NOPE in the first moment. Another one said via text he thought it was not a broken motor- they sounded knowledgable so I had them come out as a final attempt to see if we could get our old roof working again. They completely diagnosed what was exactly wrong with the roof and told us steps to take in getting parts and are still working on a way to fix once we can get these custom parts ordered from the original company that installed it- but won't come and fix it. We will see. These guys are honest, super nice and really work hard to go over and above.

Excellent friendly service. They gave an estimate and did the job on the same day. I had an issue with the awning fabric that had jumped the track. Not only did the fixed the awning fabric but they went the extra mile to adjust the other awning. Very reasonable. My sister and my best friend have awnings so I sent them both their contact card.

Victor was awesome!! Very friendly and responsive. He followed through on everything he said he would. Such a pleasure to work with. We will be using him for more work on our patio!!
