Restoration Construction Abatement, LLC

This is the worst contractor experience we have ever had and we?ve had several, being the owners of 2 homes and 16 rentals. This project was to restore the master bedroom, bathroom, several areas of hardwood flooring and drywall after a leaky pipe did major damage. Much of what they had to rebuild was part of a major remodel we had done in 2017 using a most professional contractor, very high-end materials and master workmanship. What we now have is okay, even ?kind-of? nice, but nowhere near the excellence we once had. We are resigned to just live with it, enjoy it and just be happy we have our house back after 10 months. RCA was friendly but not to be trusted as far a keeping the promises they continually made. Some of the workmanship was unacceptable and they had to bring in a new sub to repair it. This is quite literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with and I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want honesty, communication, and clarity from your construction company. To sum up our experience from hell, RCA dropped the ball on our very simple two bathroom (one was just doing the tub and tile), days would go by and no one would show up, we would call and call the project manager and someone would show up one day and the same would happen . I saw on facebook that during the timeline of our project they were posting two emergency projects they completed and asking for more work- I couldnt believe they were trying to get more clients when they couldnt even manage a small job that was supposed to be done in two weeks after 2 months passed- unbelievable. We also were never told that they had emergency projects they were taking on in place of ours so we could arrange another contractor and it is unclear to me why they felt our job was so unimporta

We were very fortunate to have RCA recommended to us by our insurance carrier. After the early-January storms, our house suffered damage in two places: A window was completely blown off the side of the house, and we had water damage and a collapsed ceiling in one room from rain that came in through a chimney. RCA handled both repairs and everything looks good as new. They even handled the mold remediation that was required. Lance and his team were great, and kudos to their office staff (Kalin & Monique) who were always available by phone and able to provide status updates on repairs and billing. While we hope to not need them anytime soon, we would jump at the chance to hire RCA again for any house repairs. Thanks RCA!

I worked with the team at RCA for my kitchen remodel and total electrical overhaul. Every person in the company worked diligently over the course of a many months to get the job done beautifully. The office team always prompt, courteous and incredibly helpful. The onsite team worked tremendously hard and often went above and beyond to get the job done. The kitchen ended up exactly as I envisioned and am incredibly happy with it. Everyone from Monique, Kaitlan, Linder and Marco the owner deserve an A+++++...they are unbelievably responsive, professional and kind. My 94 year old parents in Sonoma CA had serious water damage I called them to make an appt. and they were out at my parents house @ 11:00 am the same day considering how busy they are right now that is truly amazing. I hired this group after learning that my wet bar pipes broke and flooded my living areas. They were prompt and very professional to conduct the water abatement and damage control. Especially helpful was Francisco and Linder, Uriel and Luis. Very respectful and responsive to my home needs. I highly recommend these guys.

The RCA motto: â You Dream It - We Build Itâ My â dreamâ was to have a ramp to my step-down living space, a partial wall removal and the installation of a slider door. Marco-Estimator and Terry- Project Manager, observed my space, listened to my needs/desires, then offered imaginative suggestions that I had not even considered. Benito- Lead Carpenter, Jaime & Juan-Carpenters, knew the daily plan and worked the plan efficiently - taking great pride in their work and keeping the rest of my home protected with wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor plastic sheeting. Terry Sr- Field Supervisor, came by frequently to ensure the carpenters had the resources they needed and that I was satisfied with the project progress. The end result is a beautiful space that truly exceeded my initial vision (thanks to those imaginative suggestions). Emilie & Monique- Project Coordinators, are the best with their continual communications - they made me feel like I was their only client and my project was their top priority.
