Write a ReviewMy dishwasher leaked .. slow leak.. all flooring, half of cabinets removed for mold. Brittany wa outstanding @ tearout fans, suppliesâ ¦.excellent work.& serviceâ ¦ Brandon/ Jason .. excellent communication w/ my claims insurance & myself. I highly recommended them!!!
This company came out almost immediately, they knew what they were doing, they worked hard, but they worked smart. The flood in my basement had been there for a while as I had been gone when it happened. Every employee and supervisor there is friendly, knowledgeable, and they work together like a well -oiled machine. I would without hesitation HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I cannot thank them enough. I would give them stars!
Restoration1 is an awesome company. 5 Stars!!! They are professional, prompt, reliable and do awsome work. If you ever need their services, ask for Jason C, Gunner, Mike M or Mike B. We couldn't be more impressed with their thorough inspection to determine the cause and damage, but they do supurb work and recommended a great contractor (Compass Const) to replace the sheet rock, re-texture the ceiling etc.
BEWARE !!! September 2020 I hired them to do the mitigation from water damage in my basement because I read good reviews about them on Home Advisor. I have Farmers insurance they charged my insurance $10,000 , Farmers said they were over billing would only pay them $8,000 Restoration 1 said they would put a lien on my home if I did not pay the remaining $2,000 so I did . BEWARE !! Farmers dose not recommend Restoration 1 , before hiring them ask your insurance company who they recommend to avoid a lien on your home or paying $$$ out of pocket
Tammy, I am sorry you were taken advantage of by your insurance company. The adjuster on your claim actually stated that the job was not grossly unsanitary due to microbial growth. In all my years of doing this, I have never heard or seen that. If I actually thought they were going to stick it to you this way, I would have not charged you. I am more than happy to refund you the difference of what your insurance company did not pay. I wish in the future, you can have a conversation with someone instead of trying to make us look bad. We did all we could to work with an adjuster that not only took almost 90 days to pay your claim (reason for lie.
They did great
I Didnâ t know where to start and they called my insurance company starting the claim, organized the removal of damage that started in the wall behind kitchen cabinets on the floor above, packed up the bedroom below and today returned pieces of furniture, rehung clothes that was qin the closet and even reassembled the bed.
Worked with our insurance, very efficient, got our place dried out and recommended a good contractor to put us back together.
Had to have them come back and clean up their work. It was OK with them until I asked for pictures ( which they tool on the original work). They looked at the pictures and said they had to come back and take more photos before releasing them to me to send in for the insurance claim. They had left lots of the wet insulation on the crawl space. They cleaned it up when they came back.
