Had some Siding pull away from the house near the roof on a Sunday and needed to get it tacked down before it blew completely off. Used HA for the first time and got a call very quickly. Came by later in the afternoon to secure it and then I will need to replace it this week because it bent, but at least the noise of it smacking against the house was gone, and the risk of it coming off and hurting someone or something was gone. Very happy

Remodeling USA did a total roof replacement 9 years ago. I noticed water stain in my kitchen ceiling in the winter of last year. I called Ken Hogan, the owner of Remodeling USA to see if he would take a look at it. He never returned my calls or responded to my text messages. Winter is not the best time to repair a roof so I waited till spring. Another leak started above my garage. I texted and emailed Ked Hogan again, still no response. I had 2 other roofers come out to check the roof leak. They said the flashing should have been replaced when the roof was replaced, but it wasn't. They did say that I may have a hail damage claim. This summer, I finally reached Ken Hogan on the phone and told him about my leaking roof. I stated that I may have hail damage also. He agreed to come and take a look at the roof, probably thinking that it may be a total re roof job. He came, checked it out and said that everything looked ok and that he would send out one of his guys to take a closer look and check inside. He told me that I was outside of the 5-year warranty period, suggesting that it would not be covered under warranty. Most other roof companies I checked, offer a 10-year leak warranty. A few days later, he said that his guy came out and didn't find anything wrong with the flashing. If he actually did come, I never saw him. If he would have come when I was home, I would have been able to show him in the attic that you could see light coming in when the flashing meets an exterior wall. Okay, so its past the 5 year warranty period. Does this mean it is considered normal that a roof may leak after 5 years and if it does, it's not his problem? I never said that I expected him to repair it for free anyway, I just needed it fixed. Once Ken Hogan saw that I didn't have a valid hail damage claim and that I just needed to have the leak fixed, I never heard from him again. He was very responsive when he originally replaced my roof, but now, he apparently wants nothing to do with it.

The service and the response was very good. Also, pleased with the quality. The price based on the scope of the job was high, which I told Remodeling USA.

They called me 2 days before the scheduled appointment on a Sunday and came by and inspected the damage. They gave me a great quote and I agreed to it. The following day Monday when I came home from work the repair work was completed. Excellent service and pricing completed before the scheduled date. Highly recommend this company for all work.

They were great at nailing the problem and knowing how to fix it. Also, he offered me great advice for any future problems and aid in fixing them at affordable prices. He was very helpful and very understanding of my financial situation too.
