Very personable and fun crew. They were able to move a long piece of furniture around two 90 degree angles without damage to walls, ceiling, furniture, or movers! They were patient with us; a difficult situation was handled tactfully. Crew members were not equally trained. Some damage to items, some boxes dropped, wheel lost, fragile box carried, and placed sideways. Learning opportunities for all of us.

Really Judy?! We were able to do near impossible tasks without any problem but we have difficulty moving boxes? If you are a potential customer reading this review, I would like to explain what this move was about. The customer packed a majority of the items, they were not ready for the move and we had to drive an hour back to the job the next day to finish loading the rest of the boxes and other items that were not packed. I asked for photos of any damage and as of 12/14/20 I have not received any, furthermore, the wheel was on a 20-year-old plastic upright bin that was overstuffed. I guess she figures why to bother she STILL OWES ME OVER $600

First they are a small business. As such we received special care that we would never have gotten with a big company. The owner himself came to our house to estimate the cost. I talked to a couple other companies. Relocate and Decorate made us feel the most comfortable. The estimate was reasonable and the final bill was what we expected. The guys worked really hard and we had no breakage or damage. Hire them again? You bet.
