they were hired to move us approximately 80 miles and did a terrible job. They did not pack everything as hired. My husband and I had to return to the homes several times and several items we simply left. They came to the house to give an estimate they should have known what what size truck to bring. The most upsetting thing are our move is their lack of care and concern. They keep telling us here?s how we can fix what they broke. My husband and I are buying and selling we are in two different cities we don?t have time to fix everything. They were supposed to fix a lamp they destroyed and have called several times and no communication. I am highly disappointed in this team and would not recommend hiring.

Oh where to begin... The same crew was at the house of the lady that left the last review 3 days ago. If you have over 100 people tell you basically the same thing and 1 that tells it differently, who are you inclined to believe? Yes, there were 4 items damaged, only 1 beyond repairs. The extreme incline in the yard shifted the load at the destination. All items that were damaged were immediately pointed out. To accuse us of not caring is untrue. Her reaction to the incident was extreme and uncommon and unrelenting even after several weeks. I reached out and asked her an amount that she would accept as an apology and I would repair the other 3. She asked for $200 and I sent her $300. Also, I offered to send 2 guys to help them unpack and organize, take all of the boxes away, and screw 4 bolts into a small podium top that had popped off the base of which her husband had told us not to worry about it he could do it. She declined my offer. The metal, ornate floor lamp we "destroyed" was fixed and painted to look better than it was before we "destroyed" it. The one item that was unrepairable was a 15 year old coffee table that was part of a set. She wanted us to pay for 2 new tables. Had she been more accepting of my attempts to make things right, shown some grace to us and be a little forgiving ( for something that happened beyond our control) I would have reimbursed for more. In the past I have ALWAYS compensated my clients more than the law dictates us to do because that is what you do in a service business! Our reputation is worth more than any move! I actually tested her by commenting to her that no amount of money would satisfy her to which she replied no it would not. She did not realize that I was going to refund her ALL of the money she had paid to honestly, shut her up and give her no reason to complain to me or Angie. Her relentless complaining and rehashing the same story over and over via text to me was unbelievable. I actually question her mental stability and I am sorry for her if that is true. As of this writing she has drug Angie into the fray because nothing will satisfy her. Stay tuned I am sure another update is coming. Update 6/12. The customer got Angie involved so she could try and discredit us further. I asked the customer for an estimated weight of the items damaged and I would accept their number. They did not give me one so I over estimated including a lawn mower that had a run down battery that we were blamed for and were told was ruined. As a customer you are entitled to ,60 per pound per article for damages if you choose the Basic Value Protection option. This is a no extra cost option to you. You may purchase additional coverage if desired. I came up with an exaggerated sum of $459. I wrote her another check for $159. The case has been closed and she was advised to re-access her rating after settlement. The review has been altered but the rating number is unchanged. I was hoping for at least a 3 but I really did not expect any change given the history with her. If you are a potential moving customer for us or any mover please make sure you understand your rights and our obligations to you as a customer. Every customer should receive a brochure titled "Moving 101". If not presented with one please ask for it. I still find it difficult to accept that we can not please everyone, but yet we still strive to do so.

These guys did a fabulous job! They stayed on task, were very personable and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. When arriving at my destination, they had a difficult time getting the truck up a narrow, curved drive with a rock wall on one side and a mailbox on the other side. But they pursevered and made it! I have a difficult time getting my car up that drive...lol..I would highly recommend this company.
