Bob provided excellent workmanship. We hired him to replace 10 windows. He communicated well with us. He left the job site clean every day. I felt comfortable leaving him in our home while I was at work. I plan to hire him again to replace more windows.

Installed windows in rusted frames

Tom, I know that you were happy with the quality of the replacement windows so that is not in dispute. When I installed the basement hopper windows, you were at your home out of state. We discussed the fact that I was installing "replacement" windows and not replacing the whole window. I clearly went over the install procedure with your wife and explained that I was not replacing the metal frame but that I would make a pressure treated frame which was screwed into the metal frame. I then put PVC window stops on the outside and sealed the window into the PVC stops. I'm sorry that you were not happy

Contractor was rude on the first day of the job when I asked him to paint behind the refrigerator. To his credit, he did apologize later, but it was very upsetting. Should have walked away then and there. After painting one room, the undercoat color showed through. I ended up having to repaint. Felt I had to chase them to fix/finish things. One of the painters did a great job. The other one did not.

He's Very Knowlegable, Inventive, and Clever. He also has a wonderful work crew and Stayed with the job until it was completed. I would highly recommend him.

We had a great experience with Regal Renovation & Design. They designed and built a covered porch, installed a new roof, replaced our windows, and hung new siding. They are friendly and hardworking and were at the job site every day until the project was finished. They were open to design changes and very easy to communicate with. Most importantly, they are skilled craftsmen (they even mitered the joints on our decking), using quality materials and never cutting corners.

Bob from Regal was top notch. From the very beginning, he met with me to help design the basement. Then when the initial proposal cost too much, he worked with me to take out a few features to make the cost fit my budget. Bob worked with me along the away as we added a few features after the the start of the project. I had a hard deadline for completion of the project, and Bob and his crew worked over the weekend to make sure it was complete in time for me to move my family into the house. The quality and workmanship are outstanding. Bob is great at explaining exactly what needs to be done and why. A true professional.

All the work has been completed in a timely manner. He is creative, very open to ideas, does what the consumer wants. He has wonderful ideas, does excellent work.
