Bob was professional and extremely timely with my windows. I wanted to list my house as soon as possible and he scheduled the work as soon as my windows were available. He actually came to give me the estimate the very day I contacted the company!

I discussed with Bob the need to replace several sills which he told me he figured into the estimate. Windows were installed in the rain and no sills were replaced and there was no adjustment to the final cost of the project.

Lynn, We did discuss the sills and I was to repair or replace them as needed, which I did on three of them. I then wrapped them with aluminum coil stock. As far as installing in the rain, a light rain began in the late morning, the windows are installed from the inside of the house which doesn't pose any problem or concern. You were at work when I finished up and left the final payment with your family. I wish you had addressed some of these concerns during the installation process.

I had twelve windows replaced which required new framing, new trim work and a second floor installation Bob and his staff were very professional and accommodating. Bob also primed and painted both the interior and exterior trim and retouched interior paint surrounding window installation. I am very please with the final product which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the overall result of our new windows. Bob B. and his coworker Ray did a really nice job. It was a big plus that they also re-painted all the inside trim after installing the windows, giving everything a really fresh look. We have a large picture window that housed a very large (and expensive) custom fitted blind, and once the new window was installed, the casing where the blind used to sit was no longer wide enough for this blind. Bob built a piece that attached to the window frame so we could use the existing blind. This piece blends in wonderfully and we are grateful that he did this for us so we wouldn't have to spend more money on window treatments. We would definitely recommend Regal!
